Nana and Pop Hopper came to visit us last week as our first house guests! They brought up the other bed for the boys' room. We'd like to get the boys in the same room, but we're 0 for 2 nights on that plan. Zack was just too distracted to think about lying quietly in his bed and going to sleep - and Jacob was pretty excited to have a roommate, too. So, we've tabled that idea for the time being.
We had a nice quiet Father's Day. We went to church then to Best Buy. The funniest part of the day was hooking up the rabbit ears antenna to the new flat screen TV we bought!

Yea!! So glad you're back to blogging. We really enjoyed our visit to your new home. It is beautiful and we are amazed at all you've done in the short time you've been there. Also enjoyed the visit to the #1 tour location in your area, no, not the White House, but the outlet mall and IKEA. I'm sure the boys will soon be great roommates. It makes me think of you and Martha and your cute little white twin beds with the drawers underneath-sweet memories. We love y'all, Mom
Julie, it was really hard with Nicholas & Jackson to get them to go to sleep in the same room....seriously took us about 2 months to get them to not be so excited & just settle down. But my kids are a little older so they may be in your favor...but I stuck to my guns & it worked out in the end!! Good luck!!! Your house looks beautiful!!
