Spring has finally arrived!!! It was long overdue after 12 snow days and several 2 hour school
delays! I thought I'd take a minute to share what's going on in the Milne's lives!
Jacob and Zachary: took part in an 8 week after-school Drama Club. Here they are in their final production for the parents. This was very timely since our family took part in our church's Easter kids drama production, "Home Away From Home" on Sunday night. Dean played one of the adult roles in the show (even had a solo!), I had a non-speaking role (herding K/1st graders on/off stage), the boys both had lines, and Lydia was a very cute "bee".

The boys played Phil and Bill, the joke-telling duo in Camp Winnebago's Talent Show.
They were great!! |
Lydia turned 4 last month and we celebrated with a Ballerina Tea Party. Nana Milne and my nieces Abigail and Elizabeth took care of the tea party food and entertainment, Auntie Lacey made her cake (thanks to a family Christmas service project swap), and I made the Mommy's munchies. Tea parties seem to be a part of our life with girls now, so we are always on the lookout for cute tea cups at the thrift stores.

Lydia and her BFF Lilly.
She now tells EVERYONE that she's 4. Random strangers in the store. People at church. Family members. Everyone. And then gives them the details of her birthday party. It was a pretty special day! |

| This was a huge hit! And it was at Nana Milne's house, extra bonus! |

Lydia has loved choir and being in the choir show.
She can't wait for it to start back up in the Fall. |
Eliza ... Oh, Eliza... 2 has turned her into a handful, but she is just precious.
Anna Kate is now 10 months old! That's almost a year! Wow! She is sitting up very well and can transition onto her belly very nicely. She's got a nice belly crawl going which means she's starting to get into things... We've had a few PT sessions now and we're working on getting to a sitting position from lying down.
 |
Her new shades, which she immediately takes off then shuts her eyes b/c it's too bright.
I just put them back on.
She'll figure it out...

As you can see, she's making progress! We are doing well! The next blog will likely have pictures from Baseball season! Stay tuned for more Milne Moments!

Looks like the PT session today was very successful. Can hardly wait to see Miss Anna sitting up from a laying position all by herself. Thanks for the April Edition of the Blog...thoroughly enjoyed it
