A Snow Day Finally!

I really didn't know that we were going to wake up to snow today, so what a nice surprise! We took a snow walk and when the boys ended up covered in snow, we came in much to Jacob's dismay! It's still snowing which is very pretty!

Good news! Dean asked me to sell the house while he was gone, and I'm making great strides towards that! I signed a contract with a buyer for our house last night! And the house wasn't even listing until today! There are still some details to be worked out, but the buyers seem very reasonable so I feel good about those details. Now to find a new home!

Praise the Lord-what an awesome God we serve. We are so very excited to hear about the contract on the house. All I can say is WOW!!! Love the way that the family room turned out-what an inviting room. Enjoy your snow day-Love Mom/Nana/Grandma "E"

We're enjoying our snow day too. I've been busy getting ready for you and the boys to come down and for Sara's party on Saturday. Lots to do so I'm really grateful for the "forced-to-stay-in" day. Great job on the contract. Guess you can just add Sales Expert to your resume. Love you all, Mom

Congrats on the contract!!! What a blessing that you didn't have to go through all those showings - we had 100 showings before we sold our house - never again!! Call me when you are down here!!! Love, Mandi
