First Nats Game

We went to our 1st Washington Nationals baseball game last night with them as our "home team". Our realtor has season tickets that they give to their clients. Our seats were fabulous!
View from our seats - we were in the 1st section along 1st baseline
Unfortunately, during the 2nd inning everyone had to head into the concourse due to thunderstorms.

We waited 1 and 1/2 hours, before finally giving up and going home (at 9pm). The game resumed at 11pm and finished at 1am! We had a lot of fun, but had really hoped to see a little more baseball! We really hope we can go back soon!

You guys look like you could do a commercial for the Nats with all your new hats-very cute. Sitting in the concourse for 1 1/2 hours probably wasn't the most fun but at least you got to see the new stadium-that's more than we have been able to do. Have fun in Rock Hill and give everyone in the Hopper family a big hug for us. Love-Mom/Nana

I didn't even know there was a Nats team and had to ask Pop what that was when you sent the text message. It looks like y'all had fun even if you didn't get to see too much of the game. We're praying that you have a safe, uneventful drive down here today. Tell the boys that Nana and Pop can't wait to see them and that the bikes and "Hopper Raceway" are waiting for them. See you soon. Love, Mom
