Happy Birthday, Baby Girl!

I can't believe our baby girl is one today!  She is so sweet!  And mobile!  Before we can count to ten, she's up the stairs or climbing on top of something.  She can say "Dada", "Mama", "Jacob" and "Zack", and I think "nana" for banana (or more likely, pining away for her Nana).

Today at preschool, there was a birthday party for her.  Her cousin, Elizabeth, made a special butterfly cake for her.  Then she got to dance during song time.  It was a great party!

This girl loves to boogie!

Unloading the dishwasher while wearing a stethoscope...  In training to be a doctor mom also?
Can you see that she was eating a green crayon?
Even Zachary knows how to do a finger-sweep for foreign objects in this girl!

Trouble-maker:  climbed on top of this bin (again) and is taking her shoes and socks off...
And just so pleased with herself!
Happy Birthday, Lydia!
We love you!

Happy Birthday to Nana's little snuggle bunny. Mommy did a great job capturing your personality in the pictures and video on this post. You are sweetness on the move. I do agree with Auntie Martha in that I see alot of resemblence between you and your adorable Hopper cousins. Can't wait to celebrate with you on Saturday. Love-Nana

Great party today, Lydia. Nana and Pop sure enjoyed our visit with you and your family. So happy to watch you grow. We did notice that you sure keep those big brothers in line. Thinking we know who will be in charge as the 3 of you grow up. Love you lots!
