"C" is for...

Candy Corn!  (Hard "C" sounds)

Circles! (Stamping a "C" for soft "C" sounds)

Cooking!  Zachary is always the 1st to volunteer when I start cooking.  I'm not sure what Lydia is crying about, but I probably just told her "no" about something!

Camping!  Dean and the boys, the Yohos, Nana and Papa Milne, the Sipes and the Wises went camping together at Burke Lake Park a few weeks ago.  They had a great time, but had to cut it short due to inclement weather.

Cuteness!  Lydia and I visited the campers for S'mores.
Zachary and I are enjoying our homeschool preschool lessons.  We started off with learning a new letter each lesson or 2 and using the letter as a theme for the lesson.  I've enjoyed planning and conducting the lessons but the planning has been quite time-consuming since I'm new at this.  So now, we've just started using a Preschool Curriculum ("Answers for Preschoolers") to help with the planning.  I've been so impressed with how much he already knows!  And how motivated he is!

GREAT JOB Zachary with all of your preschool work-you are going to be reading like a champ in no time. I will look forward to the first book that you read to me. Love-Nana Milne
