My sister Martha, her husband Robbie, and their daughter Campbell are here visiting us this weekend from SC. Happy Birthday to Martha (yesterday)! We went downtown to the Natural History Museum. This was my first venture downtown as a local and with our kids! It took us 2 hours to get there! 30 minutes to the Metro, then maneuvering the Metro. Coming home only took 1 1/2 hours! The weather was less than ideal (cool and drizzly), but fitting for remembering 9/11. The boys really enjoyed the museum and its Discovery Room! I can't wait to take them back!

why didnt you all stop and shop at the big mall on the metro ride on the way home??? You all could of not been tired. ha ha..so glad the cousins are having so much fun. love you, Di
