Happy Birthday, Meredith!

We went to Meredith's house for her birthday party this morning and had so much fun!

Picnic lunch for 3 and unders! Look at Zack sitting up there like a big boy! He can get on that bench all by himself! Although he doesn't stay there. He's a slow eater, so he walked around grazing off his plate.

We played on their swingset, dug in the dirt, drew pictures with sidewalk chalk, ate lunch and cupcakes, then played with Meredith's birthday gifts. Jacob and Zachary's favorite part was the cupcake - they each ate one! Thanks for a great time, Meredith!

This afternoon Jacob and I made cookies, then all 3 of us did alot of yardwork. I trimmed our backyard with the weedeater, blew off the patio, and mowed/bagged the lawn. Until I ran out of gas, both literally and figuratively - I had a small patch of the front left when the lawnmower ran out. So I just stopped. Jacob helped by pushing the lawnmower back to the shed and washing it off. Then they both were in bed (and asleep) by 8:30! (That's early for us!) What a day!
