This lasted less than 5 minutes.
Dean called again today and we had a nice conversation. We are really missing him!
Zack had a really cute moment when he was reading a Thomas book to himself. He would turn the pages and say "choo-choo Thomas" or "ooohh" and babble. Then he brought it to me to read for him. I was delighted! His other moment was a "spidey"-moment - I found him on our train table tonight. Didn't know he could climb up there!
Jacob's moment came at bedtime. I discovered that his cup had leaked in his bed. Being the super-mom that I am, I put a waterproof crib pad over the wet spot and put him to bed. But he was in and out of his bed several times, and I finally put him in my bed. It's actually quiet now, so hopefully he's sound asleep. He's never slept in our bed at home, so maybe if the sheets dry, I'll move him later.

I was worried at first when I read the title...I thought for a second there were 5 MORE days added to the countdown. I'm relieved to realize you meant just 5 days until Dean gets home. I know you are all ready to see him!
If each activity is lasting 5 minutes at a time that means you only have to find 7 activities an hour to keep those two busy-not bad. : ) Enjoy your MOPS outing today and know that we continue to keep you, Dean and the boys in our prayers-can hardly wait to read Monday nights blog. :)
Mar, I changed the title for you (and everyone else who may have been concerned!) -J
