"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever."
Chronicles 16:34
We had a very happy Thanksgiving! What a wonderful holiday to eat fabulous food and reflect upon the many blessings the Lord bestows upon us! This year I am especially thankful to have Dean home for Thanksgiving and for Christmas and our upcoming anniversary. We didn't travel this year or spend it with family, but 2 families here in the area joined us for lunch. Here are pictures of the kids "eating" (ha-ha with two 2 year-olds and a 3 year old) at their table. I didn't trust Zack at their table ... maybe next year!
Last night, Dean set up our Christmas village and Nativity. And now he's working on our outdoor Christmas lights.
This morning we had a family breakfast - the boys are watching Daddy make our French toast "waffles" (Jacob only wanted waffles, so we renamed it.) I haven't even been shopping today! This is highly unusual - I don't know if I've ever missed one! I may go out this afternoon, but all the hardcore shoppers (usually I fit into that category) will be done!

Love the Christmas villaga in the curio cabinet-very festive!!! I also LOVE the picture to the three Milne men discussing the finer points of making waffle french toast. Thanks for sharing your Thanksgiving holdiay pictures. Love you guys-Mom/Nana
We missed you guys at Thanksgiving! And, Julie, I'm shocked you didn't get up at 4:00 to go shopping! I missed our co-shopping via the phone that we've done in the past. Oh well, breakfast looked like it was worth missing out on fighting the crowds. :)
We're glad you were all able to be together for Thanksgiving although we did miss you all. Julie, we thought of you alot and missed you shopping with us. Glad you were able to get out later in the day and do a little shopping. We (me, Martha, Sara and Emily) did have lots of fun and even got some good buys. Today, we're all exhauted and are recovering. Love, Mom
