As of this afternoon, we are now homeowners again! Our closing went smoothly, although there was a little concern with the home appraisal under review. But the appraisal stood where it was - praise the Lord! We bought from a very nice couple and had a very pleasant interaction with them today. They were the original owners! Lots of memories for them and now for us to start!
Dean went out and bought paint and we gratefully borrowed a flood light and vacuum from our relatives and new neighbors. Many thanks to the junior Yohos for dinner and the senior Yohos for the equipment! And to Nana Milne for watching all of the boys this afternoon!
