This birthday message was taped last night, but it didn't make it to the blog in time! Thankfully, when she called last night Jacob gave her a little version over the phone. In this video, he sings "Happy Birthday, Auntie Lacey" starting in a sweet version and digressing to his super-hero voice. Then at the end he says "I'm all done". Enjoy!
We've had the bad and ugly come to our house (reference to my sister's blog). The GI bug hit Dean on Monday, Julie on Tuesday and Zack last evening. So far today we all seem well... I hope so! Of course, Dean had Monday and Tuesday off and we were sick! He did feel well enough yesterday, though, to take the boys on a Boys Day Out and Boys Night In. When they got home, Jacob told me they went for a haircut, bought tools and ate chicken nuggets and french fries! Sounds like a good outing! Then the boys had movie night and watched "Wall-E" while Mommy stayed in her sick bed. Hopefully the sick bay can stay closed today as we have a lot of chores to get done and Daddy's back at work!

Jacob, I think that you have a future in singing tellagrams-you do them so well. What a fun day for the "boys" to have as their outing. I do hope that everyone is feeling better today so that you can enjoy your family time. Love-Nana
