We went over to our friends', Jimmy and Katrina's, house tonight to play and eat dinner and catch up. We had a really fun time! We adults talked loudly over the roar of our children to visit with one another. The kids chased each other around on their sun room with bikes and shopping carts. It was loud, chaotic and fun! Poor baby Justin only got to watch the kids and their fun. He is a good 2nd baby! Although from the looks of things, he may be right in the middle of everything (for better or worse) by the next time we visit!
Here are pictures of Meredith and Jacob saying goodbye:
Many thanks to Jimmy for his help with the car seats and to both of them for their great meal (Spaghetti and meatballs, which Dean will be jealous of. He loves them but I've never made them before. I never realized how easy they can be!) and wonderful company!
Also a thanks to my friend Karen and her son Charlie for watching them for me this morning for a couple of hours. They had a fun time, and Mommy really appreciated it!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our friend, LANDON, who TURNS 2 TODAY! Their family has a blog listed (The Kerr Family) in my sidebar. I'd like to go see them soon - I miss them!
Leave me a comment sometime to let me know you're out there reading about our lives - I love reading comments!

I can't believe how long Meridith's hair has gotten this summer. I've only been gone 3 months...and all the babies have grown. I can't belive how big Will has gotten!!! When do you think you'll be down our way?
I have no idea, but I can't wait! Dean's only home for a month in October, and then he's home for Dec-Jan - but that's the holidays. Not to worry - it's on our to-do list! We can't wait to see your new house!
Jacob you can't be giving out Nana's kisses to little girls no matter how cute they are. You have to save all your kisses for your Nana's and of course that Auntie Lacey who loves getting kisses from you. Nice to see that you guys are feeling well enough to be out and about again. Love-Mom/Nana
Thanks for the "shout out". We had a great day and lots of fun. We would love for you all to come and visit. I would also like to plan a trip for all of us to meet at the Richmond kids museum in late Oct., if they works for everyone. I miss the get togethers we use to have...Maybe one day when all of our kids get older. that will be what...15 years from now? Love you guys.
