Here are the cousins in ascending order from left to right (Zachary, Jacob, Macy and Ethan) going out for a drive!Dean is finally in Grand Cayman for his 1st port call on this patrol. He called to check in this afternoon and it was nice to hear his voice. Jacob loved it (for a moment, then ran off to play)! It's a little frustrating wanting to talk and just sit there and listen to his voice, but knowing that it's costing an arm and a leg to do so! Is that what our family separation pay is for??? (I guess so, since I just charged up our pre-paid calling card!) I am looking forward to finally having a conversation though shortly - right now, he's out trying to find a place open to eat dinner. Apparently when all the tourists leave because of hurricanes and there's no cruise ship (Coast Guard cutters aren't quite that big), Grand Cayman becomes very quiet! I'll keep you up to date on how he's doing! I know he's glad for a break!

I know it must be hard on you with Dean gone, but you are a good mother and things will be fine. I will be flying out to Butte, Montana this weekend, my Mother's husband, Dan,passed away and I have to take care of things. Please keep me in your prayers.

Will do, Susan. We were sorry to hear of your loss. I remember him and how he loved the reunions. It meant alot to me that they traveled so far to make it when they could.
