Monkey Joe's, Frogmore Stew, and Pool Sharks

In order to thoroughly exhaust our boys (and us!), we kept them on the go today! This morning we headed up to Monkey Joe's, a large fun place with huge moonbounces. The video is of Jacob (in the back) and Zack playing in the mini-monkey area. It was so much fun! Nana and Papa Milne joined us. It's great to have kids so we can do fun things! (Parents could go on if their children needed assistance - which, of course, ours did! The video is of Jacob (in the back) bouncing Zack in the little kids play areas. We'll probably hold their hands on these types of things until they're 12 or so!) We dragged them out of the moonbounces and headed to the mall for lunch. Zack was so worn out that he slept on Nana's lap during lunch.

We came back to Nana and Pop Hopper's house for a rest, then the reunion festivities started. This is the annual Warmoth-Campbell Family Reunion I'm talking about. There is a pre-reunion dinner on Saturday night and the reunion luncheon on Sunday. The kids played hard on the water-slide, Slip and Slide and inflatable pool outside while the grown-ups caught up with one another. My brother-in-law worked very hard to produce a huge about of shrimp, corn, and sausage in a Low Country Boil (or Frogmore Stew). Great job, Robbie!

We closed the evening with a Warmoth Reunion Pool Tournament. A special thank you to the participants - Vicki, Paul, Bill, Dean, Robbie, Martha, and Beth - we hope you had fun playing! I know I did! The tournament was won by Bill Milne - no blood relation to the Warmoths, just a link through his son's marriage to a granddaughter of a Warmoth. Jacob, however, was very interested in playing pool and couldn't wait until it was "Jacob's Turn". It was a fun day!
